Lumir Ventures is excited to announce its strategic investment in Guardz, a fast-growing cybersecurity company expanding its AI-native platform purpose-built for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Lumir participated in Guardz’s US$56 million Series B round, led by US-based firm ClearSky.
Founded in 2022 by Dor Eisner and Alon Lavi, Guardz is redefining how SMBs access and implement cyber protection. Through a channel-first model and AI-driven innovation, Guardz empowers MSPs to deliver accessible, automated security.
“MSPs are the first line of defence for these organisations—the engine of the global economy,” said Eisner, Guardz CEO and co-founder.
Eisner previously served as VP of Business Development at IntSights (acquired by Rapid7 for $350 million), while Lavi was a lead architect at Argus Cyber Security (acquired by Continental for $430 million).
This new funding will accelerate Guardz’s go-to-market efforts, expand its customer base, and advance its AI capabilities and platform innovation.
The Guardz Series B round was led by ClearSky, with participation from Lumir Ventures, Glilot Capital Partners, SentinelOne, Hanaco Ventures, iAngels, GKFF Ventures, Phoenix Insurance, and others.
